So, inzwischen ist wieder was passiert.
Die Sanierung unseres Grundstücks ist abgeschlossen und ab nächste Woche startet die Erschließung. Sollte ab jetzt tatsächlich alles Planmäßig laufen? Wir sind guter Hoffnung.
Offen sind allerdings immernoch die öffentlichen Mittel. Die Finanzierung mit öffentlichen Geldern scheint das schwierigste am ganzen Bau zu sein (zumindest vom jetztigen Stand aus gesehen).
Wir haben jetzt aber auch den Bauantrag eingereicht und sind gespannt auf die Rückmeldung vom Bauamt.
